Dropship and Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Using our services constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions listed below:

 Pricing: All items are discounted 25% for drop shipping

 How it Works: To sell our products in your store for drop ship, once approved, you may simply right click and grab our photos from our website- make sure to choose view image after right clicking to view the best resolution photos. You may choose to grab our text as well, or create your own text for our products. Items take approximately 7-10 days to ship, but please be sure to check each item for specific ship times. If your customer needs an item rushed, please check with us first as we will accommodate these on a product by product basis. We prefer retailers to e-mail us an invoice for inclusion after the order has been placed. If an invoice or pack slip is not e-mailed to us after the order is placed, we will provide a pack slip listing you, the retailer as the buyer. No dollar amount will be shown. Under no circumstances shall an order ship without a pack slip or invoice.

To place a dropship order, log in with your e-mail address and chosen password. The price displayed is the price with the dropship discount. Retailers are free to choose their own pricing structure for our products, as long as the price point is at or above the retail price listed for each product. Our prices are structured as such, retailers can increase the dropship price by 25-30% and still see successful orders. Please be sure to use the customers address as the ship-to address to assure quick processing. 

 Terms: We will update you via e-mail regarding pricing increases or out-of-stock notices. It is the retailers responsibility to open and read these e-mails. Items drop shipped by us are backed 100% by us. This means that if a product arrives damaged, or fails to arrive, we will make it right. This includes a replacement of the item at no additional cost to the buyer upon receipt of the original item. All returns are to be handled by you, the retailer- no returns are accepted on personalized products- exchange for the same item only.

 Any direct inquiries to Kayden Grace Designs regarding a drop ship order will be forwarded to you the retailer. We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or otherwise restrict the drop ship program with no previous notice. Selling of items on e-bay is strictly prohibited retailers found selling on e-bay will be immediately terminated from dropship opportunities.

 Shipping: If for some reason an item will take longer to ship than the posted turnaround time, we will notify you and upgrade the shipping at no additional charge. Shipping rates on Kayden Grace Designs are calculated at checkout and are based on USPS rates.

Tracking is provided on all shipments, for no additional charge. If tracking shows the item as "delivered" the order is considered complete and any disputes regarding actual delivery are to be handled by you, the retailer and the customer. All customer correspondence is handled between you and the customer.

 Acknowledgements: Because we manufacture or hand embellish our products, we cannot accommodate requests to remove our labels or hangtags. We will however, be happy to package the items in packaging provided by you, featuring your resell logo. We are a wholesale-only website, and customers are not able to purchase items directly from Kayden Grace Designs.  We feel strongly that in order to offer superior customer service to you as a vendor, adherence to our drop ship policy is important.

 Fraud: Please take care when accepting orders, as our dropship agreement is with you, the retailer not the customer. This means if you experience fraud during a purchase, we cannot refund your money, as our portion of the agreement was fulfilled. You may initiate the fraud or return policy you have in effect with the customer at this time, but we cannot accept the return of the product nor can we reimburse you for the fraud.
